    From Wilmington to Wooster and beyond, the CFAES Center for Cooperatives team and partners have been out and about across Ohio and the country learning about cooperatives, sharing co-op learning and business resources, and connecting with the community.

  2. Want to Start a Worker Co-op in Ohio? Join Statewide Co-op U

    Jul 25, 2024

    Co-op Cincy and partners across Ohio will kick off an Ohio Statewide Co-op U 14-week training and support program designed to help teams develop a worker-owned business. The program is ideal for teams of 2 people or more with a business idea who will participate in weekly virtual trainings, 1-on-1 mentorship, and assistance from experts.

    The Cooperative Model for Farmers Markets – June 17, 2024: Program specialist Christie Welch with Ohio State shares some of the reasons a cooperative model may fit the goals of farmers markets. Christie and Mandy Way, manager of the Chillicothe Farmers Market Association, discussed the motivations for structuring the market as a cooperative and how the association implements the co-op model.
