Our one-hour roundtables are opportunities to learn from industry experts and discuss current issues with peers. To promote discussion and open conversation, we will not record Co-op Roundtables. We are excited to bring a wide array of experts to MACC members this year to foster conversation and collaboration.
The May Co-op Roundtable will focus on the ways co-ops have approached recognizing the diversity of their membership. By thinking about rural America's diversity, we hope to create more inclusive spaces within our cooperatives, making space for diverse voices in our co-op’s membership and leadership. Participants will learn from Vice President of Cooperative Relations at the National Cooperative Business Association CLUSA International, Tamela Blalock, about the diversity of cooperative memberships across rural America and how to better serve them.
